Airport Badging Office Appointment Scheduler
Contact your company’s Authorized Signatory (AS) prior to scheduling an appointment. Please have your AS submit your completed Airport Badge application to the Badging Office.
Step 1: Select the Appointment Type from the drop-down list. Appointments must be scheduled twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Step 2: Using the Calendar, select the requested Date and Time. Available times are shown in White. Any time that is grayed out is no available.
Step 3: Enter Personal Information (Name, Email, Mobile Phone# and Employer Name). Fields marked * are mandatory. Appointment reminders are sent to mobile phones 24 hours in advance.
Step 4: Review the appointment details in the “Booking Review” section.
Step 5: Check the box to agree to all terms and conditions.
Step 6: Click “Submit” to send appointment request.
Note: Once you submit your application request, you will receive an email notification that you appointment is Pending. Once your appointment is either Confirmed or Cancelled, you will receive another email notification with instructions. For Confirmed appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time at the ELP Badging Office. For Cancelled appointment, please reschedule for another date or time.
